I am attaching the report that i did during my internship. I think it will hwlp you. There is a major difference between your format. My questions were open ended but you questions are Y/N type but this has helped the HR managers to chlk out Action points not only for their dept but also for other departments with the support of Analysis report.

i sugest use ur own idea for analysis of the data... cause u must not forget any ready available system is also accessible by ur boss.
Be innovative, use some statistic application and derive a result...to impress through ur work.

hey, i did a similar study..though a bit more exhaustive during my summer internship where we did the final analysis using SPSS 14.0, as it study involved extensive co-relation / regression analysis. However, such features are available with excel as well.
One imp. point that you perhaps missed earlier on was the reliability analysis of the questionnaire so as to check whether the questions were framed correctly and could they extract the right / unbiased responses and thus right inferences.
