I am an Indian (female) - MBA, now at Dubai on husband's sponsorship. Possess 4 years of progressively responsible experience as HR and specialize in recruitment, performance management, training, organizational development, employee relations and payroll administration.. I've worked in two different companies in this capacity (both in start up and MNC) and have excellent references from both.
