My last salary was x LPA and while speaking with the consultancy for this job interview I agreed for 30% hike
After the interview rounds I am told that I am selected and will have HR round for salary discussion.
Honestly I am looking for around 50%.
For the same position in the same organization people are paid 3- 7 LPA more on average.
How can I discuss this with the HR that I am looking for 50% hike since I have already shared with consultancy that I am looking for only 30% hike?
Please help.
