My employer had paid 30% of the salary during the lockdown period for a month (April) and then did not give a salary for May. Now, they have marked PL for April for which they have paid 30%, thus exhausting my entire PL till next year. Is it legal?

I work in the hotel industry. According to my employer's administrative department, "work from home" will not be considered for lockdown. Then why was I made to work on emails, etc., during the lockdown?

You will have no legal protection against shift changes, which are operational compulsions. Why do you object to the change at a time when most firms are operating with reduced manpower and lower capacity due to the difficulties faced during the lockdown? You will have no justification.
