Hi,

My salary is too high compared to industry standards. I am unable to get new jobs. My current job is very toxic and unbearable. Even for a low salary, I am ready to work, but recruiters are not accepting it. Please suggest what I can do.

Please provide more details about your qualifications, the type of work you currently do, and the work you aspire to do in the future. This information will help us offer a well-considered view. Without these specifics, we would have to make assumptions, and if our assumptions are incorrect, our perspectives may lead to misunderstandings. As my tutor used to say years ago, "Assume makes an ASS of U (you) and ME (us)."

I may add, why don't you open a blog of your own and place your CV for employers to see for consideration? I believe you have already left (or been relieved for some other reasons) from your previous job and are now looking for another job in your experienced field. I hope you are already searching on various job portals and uploading your CV. Alternatively, as a tech professional, you should seek help from individuals working in leading companies, either in top positions or as your previous clients. You may also consider publishing an advertisement in reputable daily newspapers.

No advice can help you in the absence of complete details of your problem. If you are not ready to share data on the open forum, personal discussion with an expert, referencing your service documents through email with a detailed problem, is advisable.
