Dear Members,
Need help on whether Mahavir Jayanti or any such gazetted holiday be considered as national holiday while considering the employees leaves? As per the policy if an employee takes leave before and after the holiday then whether these holidays will get deducted from the employees leave account?

Hai,
Any local (i.e - State Festivals) can be considered as National Festival holidays decided by the Management. Leaves taken before and after the Festival or National holidays can be taken in to account. Example an employee takes leave on August 14,16 can be taken in account not August 15.
Thanks
Priya.
