Hi,

My aunt was working at XXX as a temporary employee for 24 years. Sadly, she passed away after being bedridden due to a train-related accident. The process of making her employment permanent was underway at the time of her death. However, she has not yet received any compensation, and the matter has now been escalated to the supreme court to secure her only daughter's job. Unfortunately, the advocate handling the case now indicates that there is little hope for either job reinstatement or compensation, a decade after her passing.

Could you please provide guidance on how to proceed in this situation?

Thank you.

I am not sure what advice you can expect from this forum which has no information on the matter and when your own lawyer is saying there is no chance that the court will grant any relief.
