I completed my 12th in 2005.But due to Financial problems,i did not able to take admission in BE.In 2009,i took admission in BE CSE and completed in 2013.
So how much this 4yr gap affected to get job?
Can Mtech a good option for me?
I gave CDAC exam and got a good rank in it.Is joining CDAC a good Option?
I requested Human Resource Department Members,plz guide me

Hello Rohit,
Just be truthful about the actual reason for the gap.
While you will find HR persons who EITHER won't believe you OR have their hands tied, due to company Rules, there will also be many HR professionals who will be able to understand the situation AND MORE IMPORTANTLY admire your honesty.
Also, you can highlight the fact that once you joined BE, you completed ALL the Semesters in single attempt--will help to establish/substantiate your reasons.
There will be delay in settling down in some job for sure due to this gap, but it will be only a matter of WHEN rather than IF.
Reg CDAC, it's a good option for a fresher. Just grab it IF you get thru the Selection process.

During that gap,I was Worked as Business Development Anaylst in MNC in mumbai(july 2007-Aug2008).Also worked as Customer Service Associates in Future Group(Big Bazaar Division)during period Dec 2006-june 2007.But I donot have Experience letter from both companies while i have some salary slips,joining letters and appraisal letter.
