I suggest lets have a CiteHR meet in some locations say Mumbai, Che, Hyd, Delhi, Bang, Pune
But I have no idea how to reach all and what should be the Topics in the meet.
Please advice if i want to improvement in my other areas like this meet

You can decide on the topics in consultation with others; after you have firmed up the location and date of the Meet.
To reach the members; you can use this thread itself !!!
There is no necessity of having a location-wise list of members.

THe Topic should not be General but it should the entire system , Just like coming to Non IT Sector and IT Sector the major difference between the HR working in those sectors... Etc..

It is amazing to see your enthusiasm in organising a HR Meet in your city. Make the meet timing short instead of making it for a long day. You can set the timings from 6 pm to 9 pm, so that our working officials can make themselves available for the meet.
