As i have heard from many people , SAP involves lot of Analytical and Programmatical Thinking. Would like to know its relevance. Also people say that SAP has two kinds of job career .. 1. In Implementation/ SAP Development and 2. In End User Kind of Job. In (1), It involves lot of programming including terms like classes,coding etc...whereas in (2) there is User perspective involved.
Kindly please let me know the relevance of the information which i have gathered and how far is it true.?
I would like to take up SAP course in near future , so would like to know all of yours valuable feedback.

I would like to make my career enriched with tools added to it . In my current job we do not use any HR related tools. I have experience of 1.5 yr in Core HR (Generalist profile) and thought that this would be the right time to undergo any such trainings related to my career.
Can you please guide me on what should be the training i should take to move forward to have a smooth HR career. is peoplesoft HRMS suggestable. ? or SAP HR would be best? how is the scope for both in the job market.
