This is Supraja, am working as a HR Generalist. I am very new to the Generalist role. So would request some help from my seniors.
Can anyone share some birthday email backgrounds or animated birthday backgrounds....
Usually I use to send Birthday quotes to the employee who is celebrating his/her b'day and marking CC to all other employees and cake cutting will be done, can anyone suggest me anything else to make the b'day celebration little more better.

Conducting birthday celebration in organization is one of the best way of motivating employee as they will feel their uniqueness in the organization they work for.
B'day celebrations will be varying from industry to industry.
*In IT sectors we will be sending mails to all employees with a photo of employee and designed page which will be describing about the employee and his achievements from them of that yr. There will be a regular format (might be changes in colour of template for every employee) will be followed. {i could suggest that if there is a designing department in your org. you could ask for a regular format which you could send as a mail and it will be uniform}{else if you have time and proficient in Photoshop you can create your own template in that}
-if you are using images and picture make sure that you are using a copyright free material
-if the cake cutting is done, might be at lunch or after the evening break time we can share the picture with the team members at the end of the day.
-Recognizing them with a small memento {if there is enough budget}.
*In manufacturing sectors the designed templates can be posted in the notice board near Canteens and any one of the notice board in the floor.
-might share a small sweet box with the employee
-Manager or asst. Manager visit and wishes
-B'day gift
-Announcement about the b'day in canteen during the lunch hour
