Dear Anuja,
Are you a sudent? if so, where are you studying, for what and in what mode. Please search the web for Total Performance Scorecard and Personal Balanced Scorecard by Dr. Hubert Rampersad and you will get your answer.

Dear Anuja,

Please do find a ppt on the drill down of goals attached . It would show you each steps are followed to find an individual's goal.

For eg:
  • If a company targets to attain zero service outage , then this would be deduced as an enterprise level goal with different business accounts defining and benchmarking the new target for efficiency.
  • The enterprise level would lead to Business units level where each business unit would decipher the new targets for efficiency and span it over all the projects managed within them
  • This would automatically identify each project's role and thereby the team targets. Suppose if the projects are supposed to deliver within 12-18 weeks
  • of the project cycle , then each team managing different parts of the project would have to finish their tasks within 3-4 weeks.
  • This division would drill down to the individual level in these teams. The goals would depend on the number of tasks to be delivered by them . Hence the time taken to deliver them along with the number of outages made by them becomes their quality score.
  • Maintaining a definite score over a period of time allows them to achieve their daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual targets.

Hope this explains. Please do revert if you have further queries.
