Can you people help me out in explorig different HR Activites
that can be done for keeping employees engaged and helping them to improve their performance,Knowledge,skills as well as to enhance organisations culture and enthusiasm in employees.
I need to explore atleast 10 HR activites, some innovative ideas in 2 days for my Organisation that can be possible to implement.
Plz suggest. waiting for positive response.

u can organize various competitions like singing, antakshari or any work related quiz competitions. One more thing u can do, u can also organize inter departmental talant hunt competition. Weekly u can call a gathering of ur empe to discuss key focus areas for effective working.

You can go for conducting indoor game like carroms, chess, badminton etc., and at the week ends can conduct the food festivel. FOr that you need to ask your employees to bring different home foods, make a buffet with that food. During the lunch time let them gather and have a taste of the food. Conducting fancy dress competitions, group discussions on the current affairs etc.

hey you can conduct some role play activities wherin u gave them a situation related to work environement and ask them to enact it and see how the employees react to a particular situation.In this way u can know the mondset and the behavioural pattern of the employees to a particular situation and can have fun tooo...
