I need help or suggestion, I had joined HCL in 30th March 2011. On January 2014 , I had to visit my home town due to my mother's illness.
I knew my Team Leader couldn't approved me with the required leaves, hence I had requested to resign, Sent an internal exit request(10th January2014) to my TL and the management informing them that I would serve my notice period once I return back from home. I came back on 22nd and called up my HR who informed me to report office on the 23th, I couldn't make it on that day and called her to inform that I would report office on the 24th, but she advised that I have now been terminated and she couldn't do anything about it.
Please help me and let me know what needs to be done as I required my experience letter from the company, I am ready to settle or if required to pay them basic amount or serve notice period.

Please advise what needs to be done. I was not given any warning letters and all I have received now is a termination letter from HR deptt.
Which indicates that I have been terminated.
What should be my next steps as I required my experience letter for (34 months)
