I am in the process of revising the Emplyee Handbook for our offices in India.
There are 2 questions I wanted to discuss.
1. Latest (2013) Employee handbook examples : please share.
2. Are there specific differences between New Delhi and Bangalore (Bengaluru) states ?

hellow, should we give the employee hand book to employee after signing or just like appointment letter one copy at the employee and other one retain at the HR department as an acknowledgement?
