Employee Hand book will be for the use and notice of employees regarding Service Conditions, benefits, leaves and procedure and compensation details in case of employment injury, treatment policy, wages during treatment period and all other benefits and disciplinary action in case of erring workmen etc. A to Z details of
HR Adminstration.
HR Administration/policies differ from industry to industry . You have to prepare all policies and guideline based on the policies of Management.

There are enough different types of handbooks and suggestions for contents for you to pick ideas from for your handbook based on the policies, processes, procedures, and rules that exist in YOUR company. None of these things are a one-size-fits-all; you must write your manual to suit your company.
