Dear Mr. Umesh, after perusal of your attachment, following are my observations:

1. First page - Typographical error - "Policies" spelled as "Politics".
2. IV Probation & Confirmation - If the maximum probation period is 6 months, either services should be confirmed in writing or the service should be terminated. This clause should also be included in the appointment letter.
3. V. Sexual/Mental Harassment - Prevention of sexual harassment of women employees at the workplace.
4. VII. Transfer - to be included in the appointment letter as well.
5. No mention about standing orders/certified standing orders.
6. No mention about safety & health policy.
7. Maternity leave should be updated as per recent amendments.
8. IV. Short Leaves - Employees would be eligible for a short leave of 2 hours twice a month for any exigency. Employees are permitted to avail of a 2-hour permission (out pass) twice in a month with pay for exigencies.
9. V. Public Holidays - should be in conformity with the applicable National & Festival Holidays Act & Rules.
10. Dress Code - Mention details about footwear, uniforms, etc.
11. PF - Remove the mention that the employee can be exempted from PF by submitting Form 11 to the HR department.
12. Remove the statement "Salary is paid by CASH".
13. Retirement age - The retirement age for employees is 58 years - this should be mentioned in the appointment letter as well.
14. Nomination facility for various benefits - for married employees: spouse & children, for unmarried employees: parents.
15. Bonus - As per The Payment of Bonus Act, 1965 & Rules, 1975, remove the mention of a maximum bonus of Rs 25,000/-.

Thank you.
