hi Manish or Kogil,
60 days after you get relieved, you need to go back to your previous employer and fill the forms 10c and 19 and submit one cancelled cheque.
Once your payroll dept/concerned dept from your previous employer sends the forms to PF office, they will also get an acknowledgment saying so and so forms has been submitted. So ask for an acknowledgement.
Then from the date of Acknowledgement, within 90 days you will get your PF amount with interest in the bank account number which you have furnished in the PF forms.
P.S: 60days is what employers ask for, but in PF forms its 45 days. please check once with your previous employer.
90 days is subject to maximum withdrawl, however it depends on case to case basis.
Let me know in case of any queries.
Regards
Ajay Kulkarni.

Hi Manish,
if you quit your previous employer in the month of May 2012, Why still your F & F is pending? Its the question of your right.
Its your duty to ask them. And now you can withdraw your PF amount.
Better Suggestion is please don't withdraw your PF, in fact transfer it using Form-13.
There is something called as epf passbook, which is available in EPFO homepage. Please check that once, register yourself with any proofs and you can check your PF balance in that.
