Hi,
One of my friend left her previous organisation, due to personal emergency without proper intimation. The organisation had a two month notice period, a norm which she has not satisfied. She has also received a communication from her ex-employer in this regard.
She has a good accumulation in her PF account. Is it possible to withdraw the same now without the previous employer endorsing her PF closure form. She doesn't want to approach her previous employer as she had left it in a haste.
Please offer your views and suggestions on how to approach this matter.
Regards,
J. Subramanian.

Hi Subramani,
Regarding your query, the PF can be withdrawn without the endorsement by the previous employer. But the form should be signed by and District Court Judge, or any other authority mentioned in the act , also in the PF withdrawal form.
Another alternate is the PF can be transfered to new account where your friend joined, and later it can be withdrawn.

Hie Subramani,
Agree with Umesh. There is a form called Form 13 which can be filled by her and handed over to the HRD of current employer (if currently working). the amount will get transfrd to her new PF accont with her current org., wch she can withdraw later on her separtion from this job.
FYI, i am enclosing the form 13 for ur frnd's help.

Hi, Subramani;
Apart from above suggestion your friend can directly submit the Form 19 and Form 10C to the concerned RPFC of her last employer. the then RPFC will send her form to the emplyer for verification of contribution of her last financial year with the company.
Its simple no problem Since some time employers don't verify the last year contribution of leaving emplyees. therefore RPFC's have introduced such facility of direct submission
Thanks
