I left my organisation a year back and now transferred to new city. now I want to with my PF. Kindly help me how can I withdraw my PF.
Also let me know do I have to go to my previous organisation for any formalities or it can be done from my current city.

Hi Preeti,
Either you withdraw with the help of your previous organisation, you have to fillup the withdrawal form and submit it to the concern PF Office (by you or your previous organisation). [B] Or you transfer your PF with the help of your new organisation.

Hi,
I would suggest you to get it withdrawal instead of transfer with the help of previous organization.
You can download the form from website and fill in the details, needs to attach two 1 rupee post adhesive stamps.

i would suggest you to withdraw your pf . you can fill form 19 and form 10 c for withdrawl which will be available at any local pf office.
if you don't want to go to your previous employer then attest the both the forms with any gazetted officer and then submit along with
other documents.
documents to be enclosed :- 1. photocopy of the bank pass book.(single account)
2. photocopy of id proof

Step.1 You need to fill Form-19 and Form-10 C for withdrawal,
Step.2 A) If your previous company is closed then you can take the Authorized signature of any one of the following.
- Bank Manager, where you are having account.
- A Gazetted Officer
- Sub - Post Master
- The Magistrate
- Head of Educational Institution.
B) If your previous company is running you have to get authorized signature form there only.
Step.3 Submission of filled application along with Cancelled Bank Cheque or Xerox copy of your Bank Pass book .

If you don't want to go to your previous employer then, you duly fillup and submit your forms along with your signature to the concern PF Office and also mention in the covering letter, that your previous employer is not ready to sign the PF form, then pf office will take signature from your previous employer. (only in case of your previous organisation is closed, then any gazetted officer will sign)
