It is always advisable to go for full time MBA. This is the requirement and demand of the industry.

Please go for a full time MBA as most of the companies prefer full time MBAs only from a reputed institution.

bt my confusion is dat whether part time mba from lbsim & FMS would be helpful or not alongwith my 3 years experience as HR Executive.
and If I go for full time mba then after 2 years I would be fresher...........

You can try for a part-time job in the HR field so that you will be in touch with the current practices & policies. Also, you can always mention your 3 yrs of full time exp in your CV.
Full time MBA is always better for your career. It is your choice to decide partime/full time based on your present position.

MBA is not about reading white-papers or volumes of books....it is about "Professional Coaching"...leadership development, resource management, analyzing best practices, etc....you cannot learn these things in Part-time or Distance Learning Courses and that is why Full-time course is suggested. We certainly do not want you to come back on same forum after 2-3 years and ask people, "why full-time MBA's get preference over part-time MBA or Distance Learning Courses"?.
