As per Rule there are:
1- Seven Full Day Casual Leaves.
2-Fourteen half Day equal to Seven Full day Medical/Sick Leave.
3-15/18/21 Earned/PLs(depending on Company HR Policy)

sl,cl and national holiday provision is there in state INDUSTRIAL ESTABLISHMENT
(NATIONAL AND FESTIVAL HOLIDAYS AND CASUAL AND SICK LEAVE) ACT, 1965 ,
for punjab and haryana u can refer "THE PUNJAB INDUSTRIAL ESTABLISHMENT (NATIONAL AND FESTIVAL HOLIDAYS ANDCASUAL AND SICK LEAVE) ACT, 1965 "
Regarding el provision is there in factory act 1948 and states factory rules also.
