I am working as a HR Manager in a public limited company in Hyderabad which is into manufacturing of test and measuring equipments for wireless and broadband. The Employee strength is around 60.
We want to start a performance management system to measure performance across all departments.
Can anyone help me regarding setting up of performance management system.
Also I would be grateful if I could get any professional help regarding the same.
