IF any employees misconduct/ misbehaviour/ long absent we have taken the following steps
1) Warning
2) Fine
3) Dismissed not more than 4 days
4) Discharge
If long absent
1) we send 3 show cause notice to employee
Any legal drafting purpose any handbook to please guide us in this matter.
The above steps are correct or not ? if not please give the steps what should be.
