Hi...
I have been given a Non Disclosure Agreement to be signed between a Corporte training consultancy and my Company. My senior has asked me to go through it and provide my recommendations regarding the same. It being a very confidential agreement, cannot disclose the terms & onditions. But i guess it is in line with any agreemnt signed with a Corporate Consultancy(One which basically provides training to Sales Trainees to sell our products better).
i would require some inputs regarding the same ....Pls help....need it urgently by Sunday...the 20th.
