Objective of the attachment:
To let the HR Dept personnel understand the need of "Training Needs Assessment" for didfferent roles.
Training for HR Dept has always been an Important Function but most of us are not aware of the real importance that function itself entails.
Training Function will always support HR Dept to meets its objective of practically being a Value Added Services to the Organisation
