I am working in a Big MNC. Prior to this company i was working in Indian Reputed company and received good recognisitions from them. While releiving this company Indian company, i got all my relieving / experience letter.
Prior, to Indian company i was working in Bombay based company nearly 2.5 years. I had good relationship with all the manager's, collegues and with clients. When i got the offer in Indian Company i joined the new company with out my experience and releiving letter since its very urgent. I gave only resignation acceptance letter which the new compacy accepted. I did not contact my first company for experience and relieving letter.
When i join this MNC, they were asking my previous company's experience letter and relieving letter. I told i have proper relieving documents from ex-employer but not the same from my first employer.
Then MNC company did a back ground verification and confirmed what ever details i have given of my first employer is true. They asked to join this MNC company.
I need to get my experience letter and relieving letter from my first employer. I found that my first company was bought my another BIG company.
I have sent lot of emails to Branch HR and Head office HR to my first company which i worked from 2002 to 2004, saying that i can pay the notice period amount what ever they say and only thing i need is my experience and relieving letter. Since years are very long, i am not getting any response from Branch and Head office HR. Also came to know my first company was bought by another company.
What i need to do to get my first company's relieving and experience letter.
Pls help on this . its very urgent
