A very good PPT on HR Planning and HR concept has been designed and developed by you. It is a wonderful task on your part to give awareness on freshers who take HR jobs. It is very nice to say that HR processes are very elobarative to implement and a majority of the HR functions are now developed with modern techniques and procedures. Mainly speaking, HR functioning relating to personnel administration, which may give some unpleasant things while tackling with many persons in performing the HR activities, because one cannot satisfy all in all aspects. But your contribution definetely give much confidence on the freshers to take uptheir challenges in the HR activities without any hesitation.
