Greetings of the Day!!!
Let me introduce myself first, my name is Abhinav and i am a Mechanical Engineer passed out in 2013 with 90.3% , got a job in campus placement in an automobile company. I was on a 6 months training in the manufacturing plant as a Graduate Engineer Trainee and later was deployed in the corporate office as Area Manager. The current job profile in a nut shell demands me to take decisions on the complaints of customer for the working of their automobile.I seek for customer satisfaction. I have the authority to classify the complaint as genuine or non genuine and accordingly i suggest the dealer partners to act on the complaints. If the complaints are genuine i arrange for the rectification of the same by communicating to the company.Also the feedback on the working of the automobile from dealers is passed on to the company quality control department by me. I go through the feedback and examine it and then do modifications if needed and then further pass on the information. So in a nut shell my profile can be called Techno-Commercial.
The purpose of giving a descriptive overview is because i am stuck on the path now. I want your valuable suggestion whether i should move on for MBA or MS. And second thing if MBA then in which field shall i pursue it.
Please guide me as i know your valuable and trusted feedback can help me to get over this confusion.

I have read the description but have got couple of doubts...
You can go for MS that will be more valuable.. but in any case if you find that MBA would be more helpful.. I would like to know your area of interest to give a best suggestion..

I am glad that you gave a prompt reply!!!!
My constraints are that the family cant support my MS and also my area of interest is there in automobile but then bunches of questions comes in my mind, firstly what after MS?? and will i get a high pay job back in India. Secondly if i do MBA then will i keep my roots attached to the technical i.e Automobile. I really gets confused at this juncture as then i cant decide whether i can support my MS by myself. Right now my CTC is 7.5 LPA. But as a common middle class family cant support MS that's my concern.
Why i am saying MBA coz my current profile speaks that i could enhance my self to better position with it, but then it comes to mind that will that MBA can solve my area of interest. Will i be happy in the position post MBA? I love automobile but then a thought comes which asks a question shall i turn purely towards technical or should it be shared by management. I really get lost at this point.
Please help me. Do give me some information and light on it.
