How to communicate "EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH PROGRAM" to employees. i.e rules ,eligibility and indicators .

A formal mass email communication to all employees concerned can be a fast way to introduce the "Employee of the Month" program. Indicators can include performance, attendance, punctuality, equality, team assistance, innovation, behavior, etc.

Akash has provided the indicators for the Employee of the Month. Let's add one more indicator to the list, and that is "Customer Satisfaction."

Additionally, while "Innovation" is valuable, considering an "Idea for Cost Reduction" as an important indicator is also crucial. This suggestion is based on the fact that while "Innovation" adds value to existing products or processes, achieving cost reduction can be significant even without adding value.
