I have to design performance appraisal policy. So i want some KRA formats with some calculations examples on the basis of increments will be given to employees.

KRA stands for Key Result Area, and KPI stands for Key Performance Indicator. Without KRA being fixed at the beginning of the financial year, the KPI is based on the KRA. For example, if you set a KRA of achieving a 20% increase in profit, the KPI could be 10% from new customers and another 10% from existing customers.
Another scenario could involve setting a KRA of reducing costs by 20% at the start of the year. In this case, the performer's KPI could be set at 10% from existing suppliers and 10% from new suppliers.

By the way, the purpose of Performance Appraisal (PA) is not just salary increase.
