KRA stands for Key Result Area, and KPI stands for Key Performance Indicator. Without KRA being fixed at the beginning of the financial year, the KPI is based on the KRA. For example, if you set a KRA of achieving a 20% increase in profit, the KPI could be 10% from new customers and another 10% from existing customers.

Another scenario could involve setting a KRA of reducing costs by 20% at the start of the year. In this case, the performer's KPI could be set at 10% from existing suppliers and 10% from new suppliers.

Dear Farm Direct,

Earlier, I uploaded a sample KPI and KRA Manual. You can refer to it by clicking the following link: https://www.citehr.com/520630-samle-...-download.html

By the way, the purpose of Performance Appraisal (PA) is not just salary increase. Recently, there was a query on PA becoming ineffective as employees only focused on the salary increase and did not take feedback seriously.
