This is in reference to the Workers Training and Welfare Activities.
I have conducted hundreds of program for workers cadre in manufacturing companies starting from Tata Steel and top MNCs in India. Others were in Mumbai.
The theme of the training modules designed and delivered by me and my team was to seek, secure and strengthen worker's commitment to their work (Productivity, cost control, wastage elimination and accident free safe work habits).
My Programs resulted in growing number of workers becoming "actively engaged" employees who after the training intervention, developed emotional connect with the organization. the observable benefits to the organization resulted in less and lower work place grievances, reduced absenteeism, acceptance of management's right to discipline, active colloboration between managers and workers, zero accidents and increased sense of wellness in the organization as a whole.
