My org has 60 days NP mentioned in the offer letter with no mention of the buyout section. But when I checked in my exit tool portal, it was showing 30 days NP. Currently I am with this org for less than 6 months(Maybe due to probation but no mention of it in the offer letter).
I have resigned from the org stating that I can serve only 30 days as NP as mentioned in the exit tool portal.
But I am getting pressure from my org to serve 60 days NP. They are saying there is no option of reducing NP in any way be it buyout. Further, I will not be provided relieving letter or experience letter.
My new offer will also be invalid if I can't join within a month. Please help in this situation, I will be very grateful.

The time to have checked all of this thoroughly with your HR is BEFORE you decided to look for another job.
Unless you can successfully negotiate your departure from your current employer within the 30 days, then from where I am sitting, it looks very likely you will be staying put where you are in your current job.
None of us work four your organisation. We have no idea what the rules and regulations are, and what management thinks. Therefore we are not in a position to help you. It is up to you now and your negotiating skills to get yourself out of this mess.
