Hi, I had submitted my PF withdrawal through my previous employer to the Bangalore PF office. I received an SMS that the Claim has been rejected, but have not been able to know the reason for rejection. The online portal to know the claim status is not working and I'm unable to trace the reason for cancellation to initiate another claim process. Can someone help in this regard?

Hi Deepak,
When we will fill PF Withdrawal form there are 2 forms which we fill. i.e. FORM 10 C and FORM 19. Your claim for Form 19 is credited to your Bank Account but the amount is due to be received under Form 10 C due to rejection.
You will be required to fill Form 10 C again after knowing the reason for rejection. To know the reason you may contact PF office on their helpline no mentioned i their website.

But the Date of Joining in UAN portal & form submitted for settlement is same.
