No. In the present system, only employer can forward the forms to EPFO undet convering letter signed by Authorised Signatory. Even if it comes online then also without employer authentication it will not be possible to withdraw from EPF.

It is absolutely possible to withdraw l pf without employer sign n knowledge provided you should have UAN number and your full KYC should be updated by employer. KYC BANK ACCOUNT, AADHAR AND PAN then you can withdrawal your pf on New UAN based form 19 and 10c.

Thank you so much for your valuable replies...........I have another doubt whether the bank ,aadhar number and PAN details should be approved by the employer? Because i have entered the details in EPFO portal but it was in pending whether i should wait for approval from PF office or i should contact my employer.Do i have any option do do the process without employers interruption.

Dhivya,
Why this situation, why are you avoiding submission of your PF withdrawal form thru the employer? If you have absconded from the job without proper relieving then it will be difficult for you to get your claim settled online. Because till the time your KYC is not updated by your employer, you will not get your claim for which you need to approach your ex-employer and thru him only your claim will be processed.

Dear Dhivya,
You can directly approach and submit your withdrawal form to them, after submission that form will go to your employer for their approval from EPFO it self. Most of the time employer will not reject to sign the official communication received from EPFO. But for the same, you need to have a strong followup.
