Im working with Banking industry as HR Executive, I was taking care of HR Operations from last 3 years. Very recently i moved to a unit which is consisting of 500 employees as HR Manager.
Please suggest me some employee engagement activities to roll out in the Unit.

As far as employee engagement activities. cool for first three months . study what is the HRM set up like.
get full control of hr dept and the documentation.
ESTABLISH RAPPORT WITH YOUR MANAGEMENT . UNDERSTAND THEIR VISION . FIND OUT THEIR BUDGET .
if u start throwing up any activity [ i can recommend a dozen of them ] it will cost money to the org.
you will cut a sorry figure if you cant maintain your promises made.
