One of the best EE initiative is conducting focus group discussions and working on action items for process improvements. This initiative improves bonding, trust and relationship. But the group size should not be beyond 10. Have a clear agenda may be an area where you are looking for improvement..

You can start an activity call it as Funoholic board. Where you can put childhood pics of an employee and let other employees guess who is he/she. After some days put the current pic of that employee. We are doing the same in our org.
