Dear Ms Shweta Umrani,
I am into training and development for the last decade. I will do the following for you:
a) Preparation of training manual/ training process
b) Preparation of policy on TNA /identification of various programme for each level
c) Preparation of the Training Calendar
d) Monitoring training programmes happen as planned
e) measuring the effectiveness of the training programme.
f) Setting up of KPIs/KRAs for the training department
However, my services are paid one. You may feel that the proposition is costly, however, cost of non-training is always far more higher than the training. You may obtain permission from your management to avail of my consulting services and we can go ahead.
Thanks,
Dinesh V Divekar

Dear Shweta,
Few inputs.
Since you are working as Training Manager, i am not sure what is that you are doing in training now. However, I would like to give a general input on training.
1) Finalise the system on training and development.
This system should include identification and analysis of training plan, preparing the training calendar, organising the training, collecting the feedback on training and retraining.
2) Training areas could be soft skills, professional skills, attitude, etc
3) You can use various methods of training like lecture, presentation, role play, coaching, on-the-job etc,
4) Training needs should co-relate to departmental and organisation needs. Pls ensure it.

Hi shweta,
First u need to study about the organisation and do SWOT analysis because how much u understanding about the company is more important to frame training and development programme.U have to answer urself for few questions before implementing ur T & D programme in ur organisation.
1.Is training is essential now and why?
2.what is the purpose of training?
3.will ur T & D programme meet ur goals and objectives u hae set?
once u given T & D programme it should be success or else waste of time & cost.
Thanks.
