1. Improve HR Service Delivery through detailed process analysis for identification of problem and solution designing.
2. Undertake process improvements and reengineering projects.
3. Attrition Analysis, Performance Metrics Articulation & reporting, HR Process level analysis.
4. Process outsourcing – design Solutions, Manage smooth transitions & monitor process till it is steady state.
5. Other HR Projects based on business needs.
Skills
1. Good analytical skills & conceptual skills.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Sound execution & implementation skills.
4. High Learnability.
5. Detail Oriented.
6. Sound knowledge of Microsoft tools – excel & ppt.
