Respected all,

I want to confess something and want your suggestion on one question ?
I have 3 years of experience in HR generalist profile.

My first organization exp. is 1.3 yrs ND reason of leaving -relocating to Native place
Second organization exp. 06 Months reason of leaving -Bad Working culture

Currently I am working in a Pharma comp. As officer HR since April 2014 (1.11 years) at my Native place. and This is my third organization.

01 year before in April 2015 My HR Manager told me to assist our Plant Head in his daily office work,(like a personal Assistant) and I was not in position to Say NO to this assignment hence I had accepted this as new opportunity for learning something new.

Hence I have started assisting to our plant head since one year and it has diverted my HR profile.
Like 20% HR and 80% operations.

Before one month I told to my HR Manager to that I don't want to work on this profile and I want to work in HR dept. Only but he has told me to continue to work as personal assistant.
(means you have no option.)

Hence I have started to search a new Job because current profile has completely ruined my professional life and personal life too.

But now Interviewer are taking doubt on my stability and when I told them true reason on question “ Why do you want to leave your current Job?” they take it negatively.

As a HR guy I also know importance of Stability but I know that there is no Point to continue in my current company.

Hence I really don't know how to convince interviewer for my job change.

I need your suggestion on this matter will you please guide me.

In your anticipation.

Thank you in Advance.

Rolling stones gather no moss but remember the wandering bees gets the honey.
First lay out a career plan.
What is your current qualification and what are you going to learn and add to your CV?
Right now you should continue with current job and add to your qualifications so that you can get another job.
Never leave a job unless you have landed another one.
By the way how big is your HR set up?
What duties were you performing in HR profile?
Who is handling that portion now?
No interviewer will be too happy at seeing so many job hops.
Even job hops have to show some pattern towards career progression or plan.
You will have to think on convincing potential employers in these lines.

Dear CK ,

Your profile was changed in April 2015. After almost a year you wake up to change your job. Either it should be have been done instantly at the time when you profile was changed or within 1 - 2 months.

Well still nothing is lost. Prepare you CV mentioning the current job profile as well and try to sum up the responsibilities with you HR profile. Keep things positive and present the present profile as multi -tasking ability and additional responsibility.

While in an interview , be positive and specify the real reason for you past job changes. Do not hide the facts. Mature interviewer can understand the genuine reasons for change. Be goal specific and apply to jobs that you are passionate about. Learn about the company and its job requirement. If you fell you justify the requirements than only apply for it. Elaborate on how your current profile will help you in making you a good HR

(A People's person). Show your long term goals to company and how you can be an asset to them.

"When obstacles arise, you change your direction to reach your goal, you do not change your decision to reach there."

All The Best !
