After graduation I am having 5 years of experience into HR, Recruitment, Business Development and Sales Coordinator field. recently i have done MBA(Marketing Management) and got an offer from 2 different organisation's
1st is offering as a Management Trainee Profile for Development of their Business for SAP Software,Solutions,implementation,client servicing/Acquisition,cold calling and all.
2nd is offering as a HR/Marketing Executive for HR,Legal Compliance,joining and exit formalities,Recruitment,Marketing activities,collection,coordination.
Which one is better for me for my future career growth and from where can i get a good platform to learn?

Option 2 is a good profile but salary will not be that much good when compared to the Marketing profile.. If you look for a good career then select Option 2 which involves in Hr, Compliances etc...If you look for salary then select whichever is higher.
