After Learning sap hr & certification from SAP AG, Germany. we will be the functional consultant of SAP, then what is our carrer growth, after getting rich experience in sap hr which positions we will get. My simply my quesition is in sap hr profession what are the stages of to became a HEAD HR. please clear my doubt

NOTHING !! Boss..with SAP HR certification..you can not grow..you have to be a learner until the position comes..because HR is a very crucial to any compnay..so be cautious and do hardwork !! Thnx.

First you will be starting your career as Associate consultant, then Functional Consultant, Sr / Lead Consultant. Even you can move upto project manager which depends on your capability. Dont think that there is no growth in any of the field. It completely depends on your capability. The more you do hard work the more you grow.

As you know HR is treated as Heart of the Organisation, In this case how can somebody say there will be no growth to SAP HR, Every knowledge we gain will have its own potential, such that it will come to our use in one or the other way. Till that we should keep on perform our best and sure will gain success.

I second Ravikumar for his prompt Reply & Agree with him completely...I Need to know whether you have Experience in HR??? IF so you will be very strong in HR Gamuts having SAP-HR certification will be hot cake for you......You will be Exception in HR along with SAP if you prefer to work in IT Only or else change your plan if you are willing to work in Manufacturing Companies you no Need Certification only the Exposure towards SAP in HR is enough....:):) ALL the Very Best........
