SAP can't do anything alone to make career.
Suppose you go through with SAP HR Module, but its totally based on functional approach of proper Human Resources. so without knowledge of Human resources you can't get out help out of this course only.
But yes, if you have one or two years of experience with the same field and you opt to do this SAP course, then at that level of time definitely it is going to help you in your career development.

SAP is just ERP there are many ERPS ,, and companies as per their capacity select any one of em.... so not sure abt SAP in HR
