Hi all,
I am working in software company. I have joined this company earlier 4 month. I have not submitted experiance letter and relieving letter to the current company. In old company I was on contract and I broken the contract. New company has accepted me without taking experiance letter or relieving letter . So Finally I want to know in future I will join another company then they will demand my all old companies experiance letter then what Should I say. Please suggest me. I shall be very greatfull for that.

Hi,
You must take you’re experience letter from any company you work for and you have the right on that if you work with them more than 3 months,
Because no company will give you one month experience and you can’t add it in your CV, it will lead to doubts and questions in your CV.

If you’re current company did not ask you for experience letter , so just don’t bring it ,

Actually Current company is not taking experiance letter but in future If I will join another company then they will ask , That time what I will say to them. And I have left previous company without taking experiance letter bec I was on contract and They will not give me experiance letter because I have broken the contract. please suggest me. Realy I am in tension please suggest me.

Don't take unnecessary tension,it happens wid many.Last company as u said that was on contractual ,so in that case u can show ur existing company that they have refused to give,and further u can always take care that if u break contracts then it will harm ur future only b'coz u may not be able to give ur reference from that company.
Always remember if u r leaving any company plz leave with a better note besides 99 grudges u have plz don't bitter ur relationship with ur company as u never know who could be your referee.
If u don't have any experience letter u can give them names and contact no's for reference as that is enough to prove your experience.
Hope ur anxiety is little less,plz don't hesitate to ask more.

Thanx a lot for answer . Realy I am feeling well . I have changed 3 companies still and currently working in 4th company . Durring the joining 4th company did not take experiance letter means I was on contract in 3rd company so they did not give me experiance letter and where I am working they did not ask for experiance letter . So in future If I will join the another company and if they ask experiance letter of third company then what will I say to them or MAy I give the number of pm or tl of the 3rd company for the reference check . or before the joining the any new company may I tell the fact that I have no experiance letter of 3rd company. Please suggest. Thanks

Hi Sunjay,
As per my knowledge, any company will give u the exp. letter although you have worked on contract basis. Its upto company and your discussion while joining. If you break the contract it may refuse to give the same. But henceforth take care to have the exp. letter. good luck.

In case you are in IT field your future employer might ask you for past 3 employers experience letters. The background verification process is very strict & stringent in IT companies. So it is always better to keep it ready with you. You can initiate a discussion with your previous employer & arrange for the experience certificate.

i was a teacher in a good school. Now i have left the school and moved to a new city. I might start teaching again. I need an experience letter so i can get it signed by my principal.
