Dear all,
Once you marked the exit date only PF authority have the rights to change or edit the date, so mentioning wrong date & correct date on your company letter head with UAN no's of the employees, submit that form to EPFO edp department.

hi you (Employer) have to give the request letter to EPF Office for change the exit date to EPF concern member id (or) uan number.

Since the employer has marked the date of exit erroneously at online portal, same has to be mentioned on company letter head of respective employees[provided with UAN number] and to be submitted to PF Office SRO/ RO which ever is concern & a copy to hand over to particular section case worker to avoid any discrepancy.

There is a joint declaration form for changes to be made. Along with this form employer has to provide covering letter with request to change.
