In general, the Contract Labor License is considered a labor license in speaking terms. For the renewal of the Contract labor license, you have to go through the applicable state rules.

If it is under Central Govt, you need to apply for an amendment for a license on plain paper by attaching the original license and paying an additional security deposit at Rs. 90/- per worker. There is no need to pay the license fee as you might have already paid the maximum license fee of Rs. 375/-. Please note that no online facility is available in the Central Labour department for the renewal or amendment of the license.
If it is under State Govt, please contact the office from where you have taken the license. They will inform you about the required procedure because the procedure and rate of SD may vary from state to state.
