Could anyone please let me know how to pay Labor License Fees online for renewal as well as obtaining a new license in Gujarat? We are a Building & Construction Company. Additionally, please inform me about the fees the company has to bear for license renewal and obtaining a new license.

Dear Ankit,
Firstly, you shall have to create your company's profile on Gujarat Government's official portal "Investors Facilitation Portal (I.F.P.)". After creating the company's profile, you shall have to create/insert details of the project which require many details such as:
1) Name of the Project
2) Address details with pin code number
3) Whether the proposed project is to be carried out on your or somebody else's owned land or on Government's land. If it is to be carried out on government land, you shall have to obtain necessary permissions from government bodies.
4) Whether your proposed project is going to create any pollution. If so, you shall have to obtain necessary permission from the Pollution Control Board.
5) You shall also have to obtain Udyog Aadhar Number (U.A.N.), which can be obtained online. For that, you should have sufficient information about your company, such as investment in plant & machinery.
After inserting project details, the system will automatically display what type of permissions you are required to obtain for undertaking the proposed project. As for Labour License fees, you shall have to pay them online, and the necessary option is already available on the site. However, you shall still have to remit the labour deposit amount physically at the respective labour office.
