I have already renewed licenses till 2015 and also paid the fees for the same in advance in 2008, but the fee structure changed in 2012. Now, the Health & Safety Department of Maharashtra has stated that you have to deposit fees according to the new rate, and they will deduct the fees you have already paid in advance. Please send me the government resolution for that.
