I hastily made a mistake in understanding the notifications. The first notification is a draft notification, and the remaining two are final notifications, indicating that the laws have been passed accordingly.

Opportunity to Raise Objections

Please submit your suggestions or objections to Shri Ajay Malik, Under Secretary, Ministry of Labour and Employment, Shram Shakti Bhawan, Rafi Marg, New Delhi-110001 within 30 days of the publication of this notification.
