I'd be interested to know the specific beneficial changes your company has experienced after moving to automated HR processes. And, any changes that have added to employee workload--i.e., adversely affected employee productivity.
The benefits listed in your note present an overview and do not go over the specific workflow advantages (e.g. reducing number of days taken to do performance reviews, approval of leave etc.). It would help very much to see a list of changes you've personally experienced as a result of automated HR processes.
